I spent 30 years in technology solving problems that had no ready-made answers. I worked with Petrobras, EY, large-scale digital transformations and government. I learned in practice what no framework teaches: that the problem is rarely technical. Almost always, it is human.
Today, as founder of KAURA, I put that experience at the service of women in technology who know their worth — but haven't yet found the way to show it to the world, or to move to the next level without losing themselves in the process.
